I work as producer and singer in a vocal ensemble, and this is a recording of Våren by Edvard Grieg, arranged for 16 voices. Recorded at our latest concert in Stavanger Concert hall. My ensemble is called Valen Vokalensemble (8 singers), and we did this concert in cooperation with Edvard Grieg Vokalensemble from Bergen (also 8 singers). In former years of my career I also used to play keys in a band, I might dig up some history in a later note. After retiring from pop music in 2017, my main focus has been classical music and for the last five years, to build a professional vocal ensemble in hometown. #music #classicalmusic #norway

200 years ago the pioneers from my hometown Stavanger arrived in New York in a ship called «Restauration». Today a replica of this arrived NYC after doing the same trip. The original ship was the first of many, and from 1820-1920 almost a third of the Norwegian population migrated to the US. Norwegians on nostr may have funny accents, but we are still proud pioneers (not plebs). And we are on board the ship to restore the system. But I can not guarantee a noble price medal to Trump.
