This UFO/UAP bullshit is a psyop that has been in progress since before 1960. These tic-tac UFO/UAP's are from the U.S. government and the military industrial complex. They will continue to run news stories through state run media (yep, that's exactly what they are) They will sacrifice lives of civilians, infrastructure and anything else to make it seem like a genuine threat. These tic tac's use hypercavitation to create a bubble around the craft, which essentially pushes matter around the craft, allowing for 'aerial maneuvers impossible for a human body to take', because the operator is protected from inertia.
