Just spent WAY too much time booking a flight due to credit card security checks and other bullshit probably related to my use of a VPN. I can’t wait for the fiat banking and credit card system to die so that I could use lightning transactions or other bitcoin layers for instant, final settlement of payment and just get on with my fucking day.

This market is gonna make me stack for the fifth time today. #bitcoin

Scored my first hole-in-one on the golf course today after playing golf for 47 years. It’s been a good day.

I’ve been attempting to orange pill my primary care physician for years. He is a gold bug and gets the hard money value proposition of bitcoin but has always said “It’s not for me because I don’t want to deal with the complexity.” Today he said he was interested in a bitcoin ETF “If they would ever come out with one.” I let him know they do exist in the USA now. I again offered to teach him how to self-custody the real thing, but he passed. So I gave him the Fidelity ticker, saying it is the second best option for now. He is excited and is looking into it. Maybe I can get him to a point where he holds the real thing someday in the future.

I’m disappointed that I keep finding more Apple applications that don’t function fully while I am on a VPN connection. Apple has positioned itself as the company that respects your privacy, but still continues to add more restrictions for VPN users within their operating systems and bundled applications.
