Last time I had my hair cut I said to my barber I can either tip you £5 of Bitcoin or I give no tip so he took the £5 in Bitcoin. I set him up with WoS. That was about 2 months ago. Today I revisited him and asked him did he want the tip in cash or Bitcoin. He took cash and gave me back the Bitcoin as it had dropped to £4. 😂 You can bring a horse to water.... Orange pilling is so difficult, I've come to accept the desire has to come from their side first.

💯 There's no going back after zapping someone. Likes just don't cut it anymore. What better way to show appreciation other than volunteering some of your hard earned economic energy to someone else as a way of giving thanks. Day 1 of water fast completed. It wasn't too bad, maybe because I'm already in ketosis? I had a few periods of strong hunger pangs but settled quickly once I drank some water. I was most surprised I didn’t get a headache, particularly as I didn’t have any coffee. The distilled water arrived today so will start that in earnest tomorrow. I had one glass of it tonight, it tastes quite different than regular tap water 🚰 Not sure how long I'll go for, hopefully 3 days but will go longer if I can!
