Daily Splits Routine Post-Workout 30s hold for each: Middle Split 1. Standing hamstring stretch 2. Butterfly stretch 3. Pancake Stretch 4. Pigeon Stretch 5. Middle Split Front Split 6. Long Lunge Stretch 7. Single Leg Foot Grab 8. Front Split Takes less than 10mins. Keep it simple. Learned the above from one of @movementbydavid YouTube videos. 5 things I've benefitted from the most this past year: 1. Red light Therapy β€” Helped a lot with stubborn injuries and low energy levels in the winter. 2. UVB Light Therapy β€” Pairs well with my red light panel to mimic sunlight. Raises my vitamin D during winter months. 3. Shower Filter β€” Filters out a lot of harsh chemicals that used to dry my hair and skin out. Now I step out not feeling ashy πŸ˜‚ 4. Seafood β€” I've ignored seafood for years. My mistake. The omega 3s and vitamin D in wild caught salmon, sardines, and cod liver oil got me feeling great. Gill yeah! 5. Magnesium Glycinate β€” Melts stress away and makes it easier to fall asleep. I'm a huge fan of experimenting with tech and foods to optimize my health. What's worked for you guys?
