About to start my holiday. Just going to the airport hotel this evening. Noon flight in the morning. 9 hours in the air across 2 flights. With 2 hours between them. Overall 11 hours.

Ahh.... Off to the airport hotel tomorrow early evening. For a 12 noon flight Saturday Two weeks in warmer climate Ahhhhh

Another visit to the dentist this morning for the Extraction process. Four teeth roots taken out. Up to 10 teeth taken out so far. Tough journey for Dentures to be able to chew and smile again. Now to rest, recover, and look forward to holiday. Fly out in 5 days, this Saturday for two weeks.

Next week, the next Dental appointment. Occupying my mind. Something to take my mind off that is: This weekend big local poker tournament on. Always like tournaments, fixed cost, so wasn't throwing money away, aka gambling. "Retired" / Quit online poker in 2020. This big local MTT, casual meet for me. Chance to meet up with people from poker. Class.

Morning after the big dental treatment, gum doesn't feel sore and tender, but weird without any teeth remains in that side of the mouth. Slept fine, a relief. Least next appointment s in 2 weeks. That's the week I go on holiday. Looking forward to warmth and relaxation.

Big update on my dentures progress. Visited dentist today. Removed 5 teeth on the same side of my mouth. Gum swollen still but coming down. Need to be wary of gum bleeding from the extractions for the next 24 hours. Probably 4 or 5 more visits to fully remove all my teeth remains. That's, JUST the first step. Dentist kept asking during it, if I was having any pain. A little pain, but nothing compared to the full pain when my teeth were failing out. That was a relief. Onwards....

Just visited the local butcher again to load up on meat. Asked about organs and other cuts. There taken care of. A shame. Took two full roasts sliced, some back bacon sliced, and 4 sausages. Asked about another cut, said breaks up. Threw in 1 sausage for free. Threw in 1 slice of rib eye for free. Then it should have cost 84, said only 75. Saved a lot, and a slice for free, totally worth it being carnivore, and getting rewarded for repeat custom. Supporting local businesses. Not the big business of the supermarkets.

Extraction of all my remaining teeth, stops me remembering from my gambling past. Will be fully recovered after dentures fitted.

Day 5 of carnivore reborn. Hydrated as soon as I was awake with 500ml water + salt. 2 hours pass. Fish day. Meal 1 2 tins of sardines in water and salt + 1 tin red salmon in salt. Cup of bone broth with collagen. 8 hour gap, since gum swollen slightly from root tooth extraction. Meal 2 Chunky fresh salmon + 4 eggs. Cup of bone broth with collagen.

That's the first bit of dental treatment completed. Extraction of the huge tooth root. Next week, extraction of the tiny remains if my teeth. One step at a time.

And as soon as I gather my thoughts from waking up. Drinking 500ml water + salt to hydrate

Now, only 4 weeks before I set off for my next holiday. Full 2 weeks. Muscat and Dubai. Ideas of what to do over there?

Day 2 of being carnivore reborn. Been 4 months since I starting carnivore. The first 30 days strict. Then the remaining 3 months too much carbs, sugar and sweets. My weight rocketed back up. However had a few injuries and illness's, that stopped me from running and weight lifting. Now with time on my side since made redundant a few days ago. Going back to full carnivore. Last night drinking, since the night to celebrate leaving the job, with current and old work colleagues. Great to catch up. Updated a few people with my story. The headline. Getting dentures, so I can smile again,for the first time in over 15 years. Life changing.

Last day of work on Tuesday there. Day three of being unemployed. Got my winter sun holiday in 4 weeks, a sticking points for a new job. Least the government payment is 60% of my normal weekly pay. That's fine

Although I feel generally fine to go back to work, medically certified off this week. With the antibiotics however, the worse case of the runs I've got. Swelling coming down, and got about 75% control back in my mouth.

I'm not the person to simply take a day off work since I'm I'll. With this face swelling, I can only talk from side of my mouth. Since my job is telephone sales, taking as many days off as needed until the swelling clears enough. This is the last week before my job stops, on 28th October. Literally not bothered at all, since I'm going to be redundant.

Never told so many people about my story in the last couple of days.

And after waiting most of the day in the A&E at the hospital. On a prescription for the swelling.

For anyone that knows me, or has read my story. I've got some big news. Just visited the dentist about my face swelling, and agreed to Extraction followed by Dentures. So, to remove all the remains of my teeth, and then dentures. I haven't smiled for over 10 years. The first step has been completed. And something I'm happy to use my bitcoin for.
