I am a Compulsive Gambler and former professional poker player online since I lost all my teeth to bad mental health. Gamble free since 2017. A few months later found bitcoin, then I purchased some satoshi in 2018. Did a 180, got rid of everthing from the gambling days. Now using linux, skincare, niche fragrances, wet shaving, better fitting clothes, carnivore, metal genre \m/ and running. Bitcoin saved my life and I'm Bitcoin only.

Just after watching a video from the carnivore teacher. Ditching my extra virgin olive oil asap. Got Ghee ready to go. Used it before in my curries and loved it. Why did it take me over 30 days of being on the carnivore diet to change over? One of those things.

Completed the 30 day #carnivore challenge. Overview. I already wasn't eating fruit, processed food (microwave), sugar, caffeine, fizzy drinks. Mainly eating vegan lentil spicy curry, chilli con carne, with vegetables and meat. So all I had to cut was the vegetables and legumes with ice cream and fudge. A few pleasures. The first day was heavy on my stomach with cramps, pains. Couldn't run much. Not uncomfortable, but there. Didn't visit the toilet for a while, first visit the runs, but that was the only time. Visited toilet twice in 1.5 weeks. Different colour **** too. Saving on toilet paper. Experienced skin shedding on my feet, more than normal. Eating a lot of eggs, chicken fillets, pork chops, tuna steak, beef mince and steak. Drinking water, raw milk, bone broth. Salt and pepper. Extra virgin olive oil for frying. With no teeth, steak a challenge, since I can't chew, enjoyed it though. Added in bone broth, since a hot drink is nice. Added in electrolytes into my water. Its great after a workout. Already sleeping well, with 7-8 hours per night, so not much change there. Not really seen a change with the acne on my face. Expensive in terms of fiat, but will be cheaper in satoshi. Transitioned into light breakfast, with big dinner. Example, 4 chicken 4 fried eggs. With working full time, lunch tricky. Added in 4 hard boiled eggs, for a snack. Able to get up early and go for a run before work. Weight improved, went down a belt buckle notch. That was nice. From 12st 12 down to 12st 2 in 4 weeks. Or 81.6kgs to 77.1kgs. More room around the waist. Trousers looser. Enjoyed this challenge. Going to have a chocolate muffin for a reward later. Some beers. Sticking with #carnivore. Switching over to bitcoin only, spending on credit, satoshi's to pay the bills. Still have to use fiat. Thankyou.
