Live Music Sat-urday: Round two, digging deep and found this off-off-off the main scene at a joint called Lanalou's. These musicians have seen a lot of rooms, clubs and even stadiums in their playing careers. The talent is so evident, yet it's hard for any of them to earn the living they over could. I'd love to find a way to support this beautiful art form and the cats that are keeping it alive. Game theory on full display. USA follows China's "own goal" blunder and gives up their advantage for innovation and development of money that will carry us for next 1000 years and beyond. Why? That's weird, wild stuff... Cell comms have gotten stranger than ever. In the last month alone I've received spam calls from China (nothing new there, but I don't speak Mandarin), a loud blaring Amber Alert at 11:30pm (turns out a mom took her own kid, false alarm), now today a reverse phishing attempt warning me that Iran might be trying to infiltrate my phone via SMS (which I hardly think is the case). We've become overly cautious, judgemental and paranoid. I can't help but think this is all intentional and premeditated. As war drums beat and bankers loot, the public is set off balance.
