Happy to see what’s happening with Fold stock today. They deserve it.
Valentine’s Day dinner at Wine Bar George was perfect. Had a pan seared porchetta steak with spinach, pickled mustard seed, oyster mushrooms, burnt honey orange broth and micro cilantro. Also had the crispy mac and cheese bites.
