You can look up what chemicals are in a specific plant, or vice versa what plants have what specific chemicals. I learned about this DB in Matt Powers soil science course. One thing that stuck out to me is most of the herbs have the most to offer as far as concentrations of useful compounds. Veggies proper (broccoli, etc) are more diluted. #grownostr #gardening
