I've been reading Fertility from the Ocean Deep over the past few days. Right in the beginning of the book they discuss something that has reminded me of the struggle for truth in our world these past few years. We have probably all learned about Louis Pasteur in school... how he discovered germs and that they contaminate everything and how we need to kill them to make our food safe. Well... I didn't know also at that time was a guy by the name Antoine Beauchamp who argued that micro organisms in natural foods are an important component of what we eat and necessary for health. But the majority and the policy went to Pasteur and we ended up with did that had "food" that had been made devoid of life and dead soils in our quest to "purify" everything. Microorganisms are necessary for life. I was also thinking of the parallels for command vs. market economies. It's about man wanting central control vs. nature and God's system design and plans. #grownostr #permaculture

We raise about 100 rainbow ranger meat birds every year. This year I'm trying to brood them without any supplemental heat, no heat lamps or anything. It's been getting down to the 60's at night, but they have been totally ok in the barn on rotted wood chips without any heat. Completely off script from what the books tell you to do, but no issues with this number of birds. I'm feeding non gmo 22% protien chick starter, water with terraganix EM1 probiotic to develop good digestive systems. #grownostr #homesteading #chickens

I'm in New York State and trying to get some #bitcoin on the #lightning network. I've tried multiple ways to do this but every way ends in the provider not being able to do this in NY State (on the up and up). I gave up. I've recently been talking with people interested in #bitcoin and wanted to just send them some on the lightning network to keep them interested but keep hitting walls. Does anyone have ideas on how to do this? This is the most frustrating thing.
