These are just a few examples, but they reveal the profound influence of the collective unconscious. People need to realise that the stories and words each individual projects into the world have a powerful role in shaping our reality. Our imaginations hold immense power to shape the world around us. We have the love, the community, and the scientific knowledge to create a beautiful, thriving world, yet many haven’t grasped the significance of their own messages and personal experiences. Here’s something for the free will deniers to wrap their head around: Does nothing exist? Nothing exists because it takes form as an abstraction within the human psyche. If you prove that nothing exists, you also prove that something exists. But if you prove that something exists, does nothing still exist? Notice that I have a choice between nothing and something, and both scenarios lead to something—if I choose it to be so. Thus, free will remains; ultimately, the choice is yours.

You couldn’t make this stuff up honestly… it just gets better and better. The signs are everywhere.

It’s easy to dismiss a nihilist determined to prove a world devoid of meaning: simply point out that it brings you meaning to show otherwise.
