Since this surge in free speech debates, we’ve seen conflicts like Ukraine vs. Russia and Israel vs. Iran unfold, with tensions rising on both fronts. It’s as if the more the limits of what can be said are tested, the more conflict arises globally, and one seems to reflect the intensity of the other.

Since COVID, conspiracy theorists have thrived in an edgy environment where both truth and nonsense have been amplified. The takeaway: Trust your own instincts and intuition. If you find yourself following collective trends of behavior, you may be at risk of being deceived.
