Stuck-up scientists like Richard Dawkins make me laugh; they’ll happily discredit religious beliefs as completely condescending, and yet the foundation of their own beliefs is grounded in a magic BANG… Albert Einstein once said: "Science without religion is lame; religion without science is blind." This is absolutely true. Nobody has an absolute clue what is going on, yet people can’t see the beauty of it all. It leaves us with room for growth on an unprecedented scale. Unfortunately, many individuals are too closed-minded and are constrained in their own ideological cages. Belief is completely neutral and subjective; you can believe what you wish, but be wary of the danger that comes with it. You may be led down a road of belief systems which are enriched in ignorance. If you truly believe something, you’re automatically precluded from believing in its opposite. This is pretty much where science goes wrong; they are awful at dealing with subjective experience, whereas religion is great at subjective experience but not so well with the objective part. People also need to realize the difference between believing in something and having faith in something… it’s a different ball game entirely.
