First Turkish Getups for a while, started with no weight and stopped at with a fairly comfortable set with the 28kg. Felt good.

GM. It took Bitcoin 9 years to get to $20k, it just moved $20k in one week. In doing so it flipped silver. Silver, MONEYexchangeable for goods and services for thousands of years....
