#grownostr Anyone in Boise area that would want to do an earthworks review with Nick Ferguson? He put some swales on someone’s property and we could take a look and see results etc.

#grownostr With the big beautiful bill that should pass - just excited that I can finally buy fuel filters without the ATF putting me in jail.

Thought experiment: What option would you do and why? BTC will start to make headway in these decisions. Car loan for $40,000 7%, monthly payments 1,000. Option 1: pay like normal, either cash saved or income to cover. Option 2: Buy $25,000 BTC into strike and take out a $12,500 loan against that per year. They are going to be below 10%, let’s say it is 9%. Use funds to pay loan. If you do option two you have the potential upside or downside because you are holding BTC. No taxable event. If you utilize this strategy for the entire term of the loan, the BTC appreciation should pay for the entire balance. Right?
