They are going to be below 10%, let’s say it is 9%. Use funds to pay loan. If you do option two you have the potential upside or downside because you are holding BTC. No taxable event. If you utilize this strategy for the entire term of the loan, the BTC appreciation should pay for the entire balance. Right?
