It's unlike most android apps because it's written in Rust (instead of Java/Kotlin) and we use an unconventional UI library (egui) with immediate mode rendering! immediate mode can actually be lighter for lower performance devices because it avoids keeping and mutating a big retained widget tree in memory. instead, it just redraws what’s needed every frame, straight from program state nostr:note17dzd5su64vg2hejh6nrxtld26vaahwl48rzjz8g23w4r8zmvr5lqyc62g3
