Sitting in the sun, enjoying the view while my clanker is optimizing the app it devoloped, without yelling at me out of pure frustration and helplessness because I changed the product spec yet again. Life was and probably still is in many cases difficult for product mangers/owners, developers, QA, Support, for whole teams. I know, I went through all of those roles at some point. I experienced it first hand. I also helped teams to greatness, having good times, developing great products and releasing whenever it made sense, even on feared Friday afternoons. We were confident, we knew our stuff and we had it under control. And in my early days, I was there, working night and day on weekends to get the product transition ready for the rest of the company on Monday or to handle emergencies because systems broke. Sometimes I miss those times, the good and the bad, but not today. Today I enjoy the sun while my clanker does the work.
Android app devlopment with clankers is much more fun than for iOS.
So many #nostr developments, it's fun again. It might as well have helped that i've unfollowed or muted the influencers long ago.
anyone still using simplex? i gave up on it. I've never got notifications working reliably. my clankers still use it, i might change that.
i could relaunch my blog and i could repair my nip05, but should i?
I thought the purpose of crypto cards is the easy payment for services for those poor unbanked, underbanked, without access and whatever? Anyone tried to use such cards to register for digital services for exotic providers like Netflix, Spotify, Playstation, ...? The simply don't work for ppl outside EU or US. Card not matching country of residency? Sorry, you're not allowed to play. In the end, the workaround needs a workaround. And the rest could just use their already existing privilege without adding another kyc/aml layer. What a freaking joke.
