welcome to the modern web: every other page nagging one because of using ad blockers and every other on nagging because of using vpn. I can't read, I can't watch, I can't use the modern web, but I can nostr and rss like there is no tomorrow

people complaining about nostr not having users, and I can't keep up with all the new stuff that's coming out.

4 days, 4 apps. 2 for every plattform. Android development was not only twice as fast and less token hungry as iOS, but the deployment of apps is also far easier. For iOS you have to connect the phone to the Mac to deploy. And of course, enable dev mode with like 3 password prompts and a reboot. It also requiers adding the dev certificate. For Android, a local send of the APK is enough.

Developing an iOS App ist still a pain. In the time spend to setup everything including the accounts, xcode complains, certificates and the other intruding nonsense, the android app was already completed. It's a one time thing, but still. Also, having to re-add the app to the iPhone every 7 days is a freaking joke.
