Once you realize the whole fiat system is based on using people's need for security and stability, BUT is just based on "trust us" and "everyone is doing this", the whole Bitcoin proposition is becoming insane interesting on that merit alone.......

Most don't have to fully unravel what fiat exactly is, where it comes from, how it is created, and how it works. 'Just' asking themselves "why do you work for notes that some can print for free" is mostly more than sufficient.. But that means actually being able to seriously asking that question to yourself. And from experience I can tell it is rather confronting and turned out to have huge implications... Wouldn't want to go back though.....

I been thinking about recent Bitcoin 'developments'. It doesn't matter that much whether Strategy selling 32 Bitcoin was responsible, and if to what extent, to the in time related Bitcoin drop, or the fact so many linked both events so hard to each other and the conclusions being drawn by so many... It just shows you better ignore most of all of it, since it just shows how insane most are.

It is "interesting" to see how fast we "accepted" the language of the POTUS to use things like: "Terminate a civilization." "Bomb the shit out of them." And so on 😬 Language does have a huge impact.. But it goes way deeper. It should have been absolutely clear Biden had mental problems. But somehow it was fully acceptable he was still POTUS. I even personally had discussions with several people who would look me straight into the eyes and tell me he had a sharp mind, and would clearly become agitated if I would try to point out the opposite.... It was one of those things that needs time to sink in when those discussion happen to me... Things like this make you realize how strong a believe can influence ones thoughts, even discard/false interpretation own observations.. And most of us have to admit we are not above making those mistakes ourself. It's not easy but all of us should spend more time on verify and not just trust. Perhaps especially if our own thoughts and views are concerned. Since the biggest risks are not concerned about things we don't know, but about the things we are sure of but plain wrong nevertheless !

Everyone 'buys' Bitcoin at the price they deserve. For most that will mean they have to work to be paid some Satoshi 🤷‍♂️

One doesn't change current reality by fighting it. One changes current reality by providing a better alternative and work relentless on improving it even further. It resonates for sure, but what if you are looking for an alternative for current society, current Goverments, even if one only can offer an alternative for the insane fiat system, we get so much friction, disbelieve, hate, Stockholm syndrome, people walking away from what they perceive as possible risk, and so on...... It is daunting for sure.. Bitcoin is the only way !

I my former professional life I often got the remark my teams where so often not agreeing and that because of that decision taking / progress was hampered. So I explained I selected team members on that since only proper discussion and disagreement has the biggest chance of comming to the best possible conclusion/solution. I used to argue if 10 teammember fully agree without any discussion I have 9 to many on the payroll (no I wasn't working in a production environment..). The challenge for the manager is to keep the discussion constructive and not toxic, so yes I made my life 'harder' :0) Not the only view where I disagreed on the role of managers compared to most other managers 😇 It took me longer to realize the same goes for the people you gather around yourself in private life. Sure it makes things smoother if you align on most things. And basic alignment on norms and values is needed for a society. But to make progress, keep learning, improving you need critical minds, discussions and being able to disagree... The art seems to be the realization that a disagreement on something should not automatically mean there is an issue, hate, or less getting along together. Besides me being wrong on sufficient occasions, even doing something in a less optimal or preferred or even proven way can give valuable insights and new perspectives. You must know how to limit the risks, like if someone proposes to plant a new crop deep in the winter you could agree to allow a small test and keep most seeds for the proper planting season. But if the outcome is: using a foil to extend the season is working to get two crops each year instead of one....... In general other views should be welcomed and explored.
