Sorry about the poor quality photo, but it's always dark these days when I am home. Anyway, I thought I would share something that has never happened before. This is my first ever ground cover crop I planted in my raised beds. Still green and alive in December. In Montana. It has not been over maybe 40 in the past 6 weeks. It's been below zero once, and in the teens overnight almost every night. The only thing I can attribute this to is the addition of bio char and bioreactor compost for the first time at the beginning of the growing season. Mind blowing. Anyway, as luck would have it, the episode Darmok was playing. My favorite TNG episode ever. Was still a great episode 30 years later. #startrek #communication
