I just got ripped off by Grubhub. I am so pissed about it and the way their support handled it that I am posting it to Nostr where there is no way for me to undo having posted it. Fuck em. If you want food delivery with good customer service, do not use Grubhub, try something else.
Here is a screenshot which shows the Grubhub Support refused to do anything about it when I reached out to them for help. It's a long screenshot, so you will need to click on it to open it.
Here is a photo of what was delivered instead of a 12" Steak And Cheese:
Here is the receipt that proves they delivered the wrong order to me:
Unfortunately I used a Grubhub Gift Card to pay for the order, so there is no recourse like complaining to a credit card company. Lesson learned. Do not use Grubhub, especially with Gift Cards.
