On desktop, Jumble.social is currently my daily driver and I love the "24h Pulse". I can just check in with the people I care about without finding my timeline flooded by Gigi's boosts for example. I find this makes the experience more "social" as it gives a focus to the author I'm following and not only the content that's streaming at me. I wish there was a variant of this though. Let's call it "Friend Pulse": I want to peek into what **all** my follows are up to - and quite literally feel their pulse as in check if they are still around. Show a list of all my follows but show the most recent post of each. When I select one, load a page worth of more of their posts. This way I can cycle through my follows and check in on them or unfollow them if they abandoned nostr for good.

The more I think about this daisy-chained drones concept the more I'm convinced It's pretty feasible. A use not mentioned by @Throwaway is to patrol an area. Such a chain could do a 100km round flight, auto-severe at any point to engage intruders and heal the chain after engagement to continue the patrol. Just link up 50 Shahed drones with 1km tethers in between. Now if any of these drones, covering a 50km strip has signal, all have signal - the head drone has signal for FPV attacks.
