Has anyone done the math to show what the "real" US income tax rates are, if you take the inflation rate and just tack that on to the existing rate? In other words, take the invisible tax and consolidate it with the visible tax.

Sort of a weird thought about V4V.. In the US, you can donate your sats for free. The issue that comes up is if you're using them to buy goods/services in return. Where do zaps/boosts come in here? I'm zapping people because they've provided me value, but that thing they provided was already free. Does it still count as a donation? 🤔
