My credit union has been down for a week thanks to a ransomware attack. Funds are obviously SAFU because it's all just digits on a database.. but imagine if they were allowed to hold bitcoin & altcoins? That shit would be gone and irreversible. Remember this the next time you're cheering on the banks pushing for permission to custody assets.

Has anyone else noticed a significant overlap between people that are into Metal music and people that are into (and highly competent with) Linux? Not personally a metalhead, but this has been a common enough occurrence in my life that I'm noticing a pattern.
