those of you who are interested in your #health, give this a listen. I never thought I'd do any fasting, I thought it was counter-productive to a healthy lifestyle. I mean, I grew up in the low-fat, eat 5 small meals a day era. How could not eating for a day or two (or 7) be helpful?
Since my wife's illness, we have done multiple 3 day fasts. Though, not easy at first, it gets easier with time, as your body adjusts to not being in a constant state of being fed.
Let this be an intro for you to learn a little more about the way our bodies were designed to function with and around food. Then look for more information to get a better understanding of how food is the key to health.

It's painful every time I do this...
My employer sends out an email with highlights of my Employer in the News. I happened to look today, and my State has issued a $150,000 grant with stolen money to my hospital to "support (my hospital's) work in making it as easy as possible for older adults and people with disabilities to get the updated vaccines nations and protect their health" as part of their Covid-19 and Influenza Vaccine Uptake Initiative.
If the State, and Health Care, cared about these people, they would be doing everything they could to prevent them from taking these vaccines, not robbing the people of the state to put more of that poison in people.
