Ok, day 4 without coffee was the hardest so far. I feel so incredibly tired, before maybe I never noticed, but today I’m constantly yawning. I cracked and had a black tea at 3 p.m., felt like a drug addict. 😅 Hopefully tomorrow is easier! #giveup #health #coffee
