In the begginning was the WORD.
Christian, freedom, bitcoin pleb.
I'm joining a supplier day at Siemens next week. The form to fill in gave special treatment if you were LGBT or female or black or a few other categories. You will be shocked to hear that whites were excluded from the list, as were non-homosexuals. So Siemens are racist and sexist, but only in the good sense.
Rant over.
Worth looking at this calm discussion with Trump. I'm not a big Trump fan - too much of a statist for me, but he is head and shoulders above anyone in the Democratic party, which is like a corrupt Mafia at this point.

Vivek Ramaswamy seems decent.
What historical period would you compare our current time to? Whatifalthist compares it to the 17th century. This is a fantastic video. Lots of good book references too to inspire deeper reading.
In Genesis 6, we learn that just before the flood every thought of man was evil continuously.
In that awesome part of God's word psalm 119 (read about the history of this psalm), we find out how a young man can keep his way pure: by keeping it according to your word.
As evil and deception increase, and we return to "the days of Noah" (see what Jesus said about that in Matthew 24), it's important to bury his word deep inside our minds. It's the main defence as the darkness closes in. Stay joyful out there!
Why did bitcoin go up today?
To see salvation, but not taste it.

I was reading 2Kings last night. The one when Elisha was surrounded by Syrians and God blinded the army. Then he's in SAMARIA when the Syrians lay seige. It was a couple of leapers who were first to see that the enemy had fled. The king was told that because of his unbelief he would see the days of plenty restored but wouldn't taste it. He was trampled in the rush out of the city. The words keep nouncing around my head.
YOU WILL SEE SALVATION, BUT WONT TASTE IT.
What a horrific thing. To go through the deprivation of a seige (we read of women eating their babies) and to see it end, but to then be denied the food. As told by Elisha the prophet.
Go and read the story first hand.
Revival is when individuals allow God to work on them. That happens when we hear God for ourselves. That's what Tucker did.
I could watch this all day. The level of entitlement is 11.

ZeroHedge - On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone drops to zero
Why have the dollar backed by (i.e. exchangeable for) a commodity? To prevent money printing, to link the dollar to the real world, to give it real value. Why not just use the thing it's exchangeable for (e.g. gold)? Because gold is hard to carry around and hard to cut into arbitrary pieces. With bitcoin, there is no need for a dollar at all. Why have a dollar exchangeable for bitcoin rather than just using bitcoin? What additional value does the dollar add in this case? Nothing. A bitcoin backed dollar is worse than just using bitcoin.
Except, people are used to dollars and know how to use them in their bank accounts.
Is anyone interested in buying tutoring for sats? I am trying to hook up a very talented tutor. She teaches chemistry, math, any sciences up to 1st year degree. She currently teaches a homeschooling family at primary and secondary for the above plus geography, history and more. She has innovative 'chemistry through cooking' lessons too. Perfect for homeschooling families!
Nostr quality has massively increased over the last month. Much wider range of discussions.

June is a terrible time to be a Christian in the West working for a large company. Pride is a celebration of homosexuality, which is anti-god, anti-family. God made us male and female. He loves everyone, but hates our sin. Pride is clearly listed as a sin in the Bible. To say so at work would result in dismissal.
