THE ideal way to bulk bitcoin for homeowners is likely with some leverage against their equity. Context coded this up today from a Google Sheet I used to guide a couple portfolios refi’ing their property… It’s 98% of the way done. Calcs look right. Untested to the nth detail yet, ran out to see fireworks, but close enough to share. (Mobile chart is going to blow up. Maybe flip it sideways?)
