bro is wearing 3 layers, and covering his face and stuff like there's snow storm outside. and bothered by what im wearing, telling me, i would get sick. first of all who tf are you. why do you even inspect what others are wearing, just walk to your destination. you dont have to scan what other people are wearing. and then comment. also im not gonna ruin my comfort, speed, and efficiency just because of people like you commenting how its "cold" but im not wearing 100 layers. and lastly don't worry about my health. i don't even remember what year i was sick the last time. i haven't been sick for years. so stfu.

you know that feeling when you are talking with so many people online you start to mix similar personalities into one person. like you keep starting to talk with new people, and then slowly stop talking with others but you mix them into eachother that you think the new person you started talking to is the old person you stopped talking to. memories mix. then you mention something, and they have no idea about it, then you search the chat history and realize, it really wasn't them. etc...

once you understand bitcoin is decentralized because its local. you understand why we have to keep it aggressively optimized. it requires node clients designed to minimize the hardware burden, particularly around how the ledger is stored, parsed, and accessed. without that ruthless optimization, running a local copy becomes an enterprise level task rather than a sovereign/local one. and that's why we scale with layers. and your layer 2 also has to be verifiable locally, otherwise it's not decentralized. ONLY WAY to scale with layers while staying decentralized is isolation. data and state isolation. bitcoin is the layer 1 where you keep track of the global state. layer 2 can't be global, it has to be isolated. if your layer 2 is also keeping global state that's just big blocks with multiple steps. that's why lightning is amazing, that's why anchoring is also amazing. bitcoin is not a distributed system bitcoin is decentralized when you run the bitcoin program, you are not becoming a part of the bitcoin. there is no "the bitcoin" when you run the bitcoin program, you are running your own copy of bitcoin. you run bitcoin. verify alone. that's what makes it decentralized. that's why it can fork. that's why you don't have to trust anyone. without it you are using paper bitcoin, trusting some remote api. even if you are comparing multiple of them to each-other, that's still trust.

politicians are not wise enough to not do anything. the whole political system is designed to change constantly. you have too keep doing something. same issue exists with the organizations and public companies. very easily manipulated.

- bitcoin etf is paper bitcoin, you don't own bitcoin, you own a paper that says you have bitcoin. - bitcoin on an exchange is paper bitcoin, its just a digital number on a database that says you can withdraw bitcoin. - "bitcoin" on other chains is also paper bitcoin. - if you are not running your own node, do you even know you have bitcoin for real? that's also paper bitcoin. you are just trusting someone else's node or some explorer site, you are trusting the getting some result from multiple sources. but that's still trust, you didn't verify shit. that's paper bitcoin. running your own node, having your own global ledger and history of bitcoin on your own machine is what makes it decentralized. that's the whole point of it. there is no the bitcoin, there is an individual bitcoin on everyone's devices. your device runs the bitcoin. it doesnt contribute the running of the bitcoin, it literally runs its own bitcoin alone. individually. that's what decentralization is. its not multiple collective nodes working together. its not democracy where you vote on what bitcoin is. there is no one bitcoin, there is multiple decentralized bitcoin programs, running in parallel independent from each-other. its a free market, there is no one answer. there is no voting. all realities running in parallel in an independent way. competing for adaption, when i receive some bitcoin i expect to receive the bitcoin i was expecting. if cant verify it myself on my own bitcoin program, then i didn't receive it. what you sent me as "bitcoin" wasn't bitcoin for me. etc idk blah blah blah bye

idk why places still use L1 bitcoin to accept bitcoin payments... like bro just you lightning, its stupid easy to setup. even if you dont have your own lightning node, you can use NWC to create invoices.

when people talk against bip110. change the word bip110 with bitcoin. and it will reveal their motives.

nostr will allow us to just ignore the pointless law. we don't have to care about copyright or ip or patents. we can just put our media on multiple blossom servers around the world. and publish anything on multiple relays around the world. people can just fund you without visa and mastercard. you can do anything. and the law will become pointless, unenforceable. just a private key and an npub is all you need.

ok, i think Ollama Cloud is cheaper if you are using it. but it has hourly and weekly usage limits. if you ever hit that usage limit, you can switch to OpenRouter until the limits on Ollama Cloud resets. gonna experiment with this method for a while.

core doesnt care about users of their bitcoin client app. they care about getting funding, and making their own lives easier. they dont care about making users lives easier.

im gonna say something. im jealous of XMR apps and ecosystem. they are more user friendly, and usually have amazing UX. but bitcoin devs focused on how to inject pictures into your pc. i wanna make things, but im slow at production. i have too many distractions in my life. tells you a lot about quality of devs we have at bitcoin core being funded for tweaking backend code for corporations. funded millions. this tells me that bitcoin "devs" being funded might not be that great. they dont care about bitcoin. they care about social connections and funding. it also stops others from building stuff for bitcoin. we have people building around bitcoin to earn money. not because the love of the project. dont wait, build yourself.

99.999% of L2 solutions are garbage ideas. they are not unique ideas. they are what comes to your mind first. they didn't sit and think about it for longer than a day or week. they don't understand bitcoin, they don't understand anything, they are not even that good at what they do. and try to change what reality of bitcoin is in order to support their shitty ideas that has nothing to do with decentralization. they just like to call themselves "engineer" or "technical" while they can't do or understand shit. they are just predicting to be smart midwits. and they are in bitcoin core as well.
