here is a test for you to easily understand people's intelligence. ask this in their currency, but for simplicity im gonna give an example in dollars and cents here.. ask: "how many dollars is 0.5 cents." if they can't differentiate between unit differences and think about 50 cents or 0.5 dollar. that tells a lot about their intelligence. but push on it, explain it to them. don't ask it, get an answer and leave it there. try to show them their issue. what they are doing wrong. explain it to them. it will tell you a lot about their thinking capacity.
