i think i found a layer 2(s) solution that doesnt require another chain.
timestamps a single 32 bytes hash for thousands of txs.
doesnt require you to lock your bitcoin or bridge it, because lets you do provable payments with lightning.
can be used for DNS, and other similar stuff.
also doesnt require you to download everything, by letting you create your own isolated layer 2(s).
so NFT people dont have to download DNS data, DNS people dont have to download NFT data. you can even have tokens like USDT.
since you can use lightning, isolation doesnt even matter.
but if you want you can also make another layer on it that has smart contracts and stuff.
