there is this movie/show streaming site that i use all the time. i was inspecting their site with devtools and realized that they store the movie in chunks on your browser after you watched it. and then later if movie is not available on their server they fetch it back from the users.

nostr idea: you know NIP-94 - File Metadata. instead of adding these tags per post, support all of these tags as hash part of the URL in the URL query format. example: mymedialink#dim=100x100&thumb=thumburl&alt=mydescription so same as query/search format but at the hash part of the url.
