So my "sleep-on-it-thoughts" about Saylor/Strategy and Bip110 are that it's exactly what it needs to be. the Strategy vision is still the same: get Bitcoin into the S&P500 while bridging other types of investment into bitcoin through his preferred products. The best outcome is for Saylor to publicly oppose Bip110, and be forced to accept the outcome anyway. It shows that bitcoin is bigger than he is. 4-D chess.

a study in Swedish women showed that non-smokers who preferred indoors had the same life-span as smoking Swedish women who liked outdoors. so smoking a cigarette outdoors may be net net for health. The water line crew digging in the summer sun like to smoke. They must be trying to undo the positive effect of sunshine because there is only so much digging a man should do in life. Digging trenches is hard, even harder in the bright sunlight that's extending our lives for more digging in trenches.

the following is a really bad argument for whole-heartedly recommending Strategy preferred stocks to retirees, don't do this: boomers are already invested in US treasury products the US has already invaded countries with bitcoin reserves Bitcoin is a US strategic interest If Strategy had a security risk with bitcoin, etc, it would be a US priority. It's basically backstopped by the US gov at this point. Boomers retirements and savings are already in the hands of the US, why not take the rocket-powered version?
