One company I've always admired is 1800 Contacts. They make it their mission to be 100/100 perfect customer service. They pick up on the first ring. Always have a pleasant tone/mood. Always going above and beyond to make sure I got what I need, even if I'm a complete idiot. It's not just "the customer is always right". It's "the customer is frequently wrong but it doesn't matter, we have to take care of them anyway". A lot of lessons for founders there.

For me, Square's update means I am much closer to going from: I'll buy from you if you accept bitcoin To I won't buy from you if you don't accept bitcoin.
