A recurring theme I have noticed this year is the attack on centralized points of failure. Over 90% of the healthcare systems got hit when the clearing house was hacked, thousands of dealerships were affected by a software bug, and the crowdstrike debacle. It seems like we should be more intelligent to choose decentralization rather than having single points of failure.
