Added lightning tip buttons to notes. It's just a lightning: link to the user's address, no listing of zaps yet.

So much more engagement on Nostr than Birdsite! And more fun!

Added the stalker's dream: "view as" button. It's only visible when you're logged in with a browser extension, so you don't accidentally lose your key by clicking it.
