Hi! I'm a brand new nostr user trying things out. Be nice!
A modern day German law against questioning the H0l0caust? How can asking questions be unlawful? "What did H!tler have against J3ws? What had they done (to him)?" I would ask in high school and never get a good answer. Fast forward many obscure books... not all J3ws are bad, most are upstanding folk, then and now, but international trouble usually has J3wish elements. In contrast to many other countries where they were expelled, Russia tried to accommodate and assimilate them during the 19th century, for which a high price was paid. Naturally, J3ws did not suddenly overthrow the Russian government. Revolt requires lots of guns and men who want to be paid, so they were heavily financed by.... then globalists, who saw an opportunity in weaponising J3wry and use them in the next divide and conquer scheme that remains to this day. Hence the German law. Globalists are quite smart, but #Bitcoin, future higher layers and #protocols like #Nostr have the potential to finally neutralise them. Almost nobody in the general public understands central banking, (fractional) reserves, repo's, Basel, MiFid, collateral and the SWIFT network. Similarly, newcomers to bitcoin hear insiders talk about nodes, sats, BTCs, protocols, Lightning, wallets, tokens, layers, public and private keys. While Bitcoiners mean well and bankers usually don't and can't, they share the same basic problem of informing the general public about their field. Video below featuring Jeff Booth is an absolute gem in explaining Bitcoin from all perspectives, correctly starting with the basic and growing problem of our current deceitful fiat based socio-economic structure.
Almost all countries have laws against financing terrorism and money laundering, yet gov's do it anyway. Local courts are good at neutralising anyone refusing to pay taxes using those arguments. UK's Chris Coverdale found a genius solution that can be tried globally. His trick: Use international treaties to withhold payment of taxes and fines. Every nation signed the UN charter and promised to settle disputes without violence. Every nation also has laws against financing terrorism and money laundering. Instead of refusing to pay, the solution is to place taxes and fines in Trust with a declaration co-signed by a witness, with you as trustee who will pay the beneficiary (the gov) if they prove lawful use of the funds, not being war as they promised in the UN charter. Naturally, they'll have a hard time proving that. Interview with Chris Coverdale: His website: with sample letters and declarations.
Dr Richard Werner exposes fiat banking, wrote interesting finance books and has experience in Asia. According to him (at 1h20m10s in video below) Satoshi Nakamoto translates to “central intelligence” which could mean CIA or Blockchain or whatever else. Curious about your thoughts. Any Japanese user who could confirm Werner’s remarks? My take is that eventually it does not matter if CIA invented bitcoin, just as it does not matter that DARPA invented Internet. But if correct, it’s good to have this foundational info which explains the heavy KYC surrounding bitcoin accounts.
Do you understand the difference between natural law, criminal law, public law, regulation, statutes? If yes, please explain. I'm eager to learn what thoughts are out there.
image Scientist can isolate a water molecule, glucose, antibodies from the bloodstream, all types of bacteria and cancer cells... but as of November 2023, 220 institutions (mainly health and science institutions) in 40 countries could not provide proof of the SARS-COV-2 virus to Christine Massey and her investigative team submitting Freedom Of Information requests.
Just when you thought newspapers were history, a fearless top notch journalist called Gemma O'Doherty publishes in Ireland with all issues free online. Gemma sets the standard for 'Wake up' publishing with topics touching people globally, leaving no stone unturned and wasting no time on political correctness. Interestingly, her strongest feat isn't writing, but evading constant attacks to shut her up.
We live in a world where 'might makes right' enabling others with more might to ignore your rights. Could Nostr counteract this? Nostr security and privacy could really change the playing fiel, protecting judges and jury. Imagine hurting someone, having a case brought against you, losing, and that verdict splashed all over social media. The case could be a private or public group owned by the plaintiff, who invites a judge, who invites jury members after reading the initial writ, then inviting defendant to join and run his defence.
