I'm trying to post longform video to nostr and I'm not sure what the right way is. Obviously, just posting a link to youtube is the easiest, but I also set up an IPFS node as well as a couple blossom servers. I tried route96 as well as nostrcheck-server and while they both work for images, if I try to upload a larger mp4 file, the frontend pukes with: The requested file could not be read, typically due to permission problems that have occurred after a reference to a file was acquired. Does anyone know what this is about? I have plenty of storage and would prefer to host my own content, but I can't quite find the right way to do that. #asknostr #nostrcheck #video #blossom

I don’t understand why all the hubub about sats vs bits. In the United States people understand what cents are. They even know what a Dime is. Nickel too. Even a Penny. I’m not completely convinced that the term “satoshi” is what’s preventing public mass adoption of cryptographic future money.
