My take on the HODL mindset? Bitcoin represents hope. Hope that the system can be improved, and reduce/eliminate the top down corruption that has become so prevalent. It is our best chance to fix the world. Without that hope, people would be more likely to sink into despair and we need all the hope we can get. So it is clung to like a proverbial and literal life raft. And I’m there for the ride.

Nothing like joining a soccer league at almost 40 to humble oneself. Last week, patellar tendons screaming at me and tonight I pulled my calf muscle. Frustrated and for the first time I can say I’m feeling my age. Oh well, time for recovery and healing. Gotta keep moving forward.
