Me realizing there is a #zapathon going on

I think I need to switch to a dumb phone. But I don’t want a dumb phone because it has too much limitations (poor camera, bad maps integration for directions etc). Started removing plenty of apps from my iPhone as a start, leaving them on my iPad for more intentional use. Any of you have tips and tricks in your experience?
