One important note on my profile that I think is crucial to share… I only feel comfortable with being on here, transparent and public facing, because I have consulted with SEVERAL blockchain focused attorneys and accountants over the past 5 years… do they have it all figured out? No, crypto has been an ever evolving process that we are barely understanding. But I certainly trust their expert opinion over mine. we use AI generated tools (the developer is incredibly reputable and has scaled his company) and manual ledgers to do our best at remaining compliant. We built these systems out because I was public facing on other decentralized projects. (Someone had to be… unfortunately) We invested countless hours into trying to understand this beast that is the IoV. The goal is to give everyone access to crypto. Jail for innocent people whom didn’t understand what they were doing is not punk and it will never be. Crypto is risk. You must do your own research and lean into expert resources… if this is their first bull run, they ain’t experts.
