Good day all in all, but not for the business. It’s fine - it’s tough for a lot of people right now. And the poor dog isn’t eating and has been very lethargic. He’s got a vet appointment tomorrow morning. Got in a super short zone 2 bike ride for 4 / #31days, then off to track practice, which was awesome. Gm 😀👊☕️ Wonderful walk with the dog this snoring. Lots of snow and ice. I slept in until 6:30 and I feel great. Just need to get to bed earlier so I can be up well before 6:00. Second day of track and field practice and I can’t wait. We’ll keep it fun and short. “Leave them wanting more” is the right approach this time of year. April and May are a long way off. The first thing I do when I get to my desk each morning is check to see how many sats my miners mined via @OCEAN in the past 24 hours. Lately that’s been before I check the price on the Bitcoin 1 Million app. I need to be someone who goes days without checking the price, but this is trending in the right direction. #progressnotperfection

The economy in the U.S. is crap for most folks, and for the people I serve things are tight, so I’m assuming sales will be down from the past two years. Zone 2 for a middle age man is magic. For younger athletes zone training is silly, but for people my age the ability to get in a workout that makes your face sweat, and be recovered to do it the next day, Zone 2 is the way. 2 / #31days #fitstr #bikestr

When I’m tired after a night like this I typically mediate a bit less as I get to a calm state pretty fast, a state I sometimes never get to with the 21 min meditation. Cold shower with @SoapMiner pine tar soap woke me up fast 😂 I’m going to try to onboard the one coffee shop where I know people by name.
