This can be seen as similar to the Soviet demands of Finland before the Winter war. Casual observers will note that Finland ceded more territory than was demanded, but everyone surely knows that the USSR would have eventually taken all of Finland, especially considering it's post -WW2 behaviour. This is the same guy talking about Jerusalem expanding to Damascus as per Greater Israel ideology
