Another secret to reprogramming the subconscious mind is repetition. The more you do something, the easier it gets, until you are able to do it without even thinking. Example: You take the same route to work every day, because you have made it a habit. At first you had to use the GPS, but now, unless you have consciously taken a different route, the odds are that you have taken the same route for years on end without even thinking twice about it. Practice and repetition quite literally forces your subconscious to develop new behavioral patterns until you are able to perform them without effort. This is why already acting in alignment with your new desired traits to the best of your ability is much more powerful than simply saying affirmations. Once you start seeing reprogramming as something you have to constantly practice (just like anything else) and not as something that will happen magically and instantaneously, the more you will begin to understand and see progress on your journey. image

When you can control your breath, you can control your life. The regular practice of controlled breathing will increase oxygen to your lungs, help the lymph system get rid of waste, improve digestion, decrease stress, balance your emotions, and increase overall energy. image

Lake Khiluk, also known as the "Spotted Lake," is one of the most mysterious natural wonders on Earth, located in British Columbia, Canada. It is the world's most mineralized lake, containing high concentrations of magnesium sulfate, calcium, and sodium sulfates. During the summer, much of the water evaporates, leaving behind 365 distinct mineral-rich spots that vary in color and composition. These unique pools are believed to have therapeutic properties, and the lake has long been considered sacred by Indigenous peoples. Its surreal, otherworldly appearance continues to fascinate scientists and visitors alike. image

The word mudra comes from Sanskrit (gsT) and generally means "seal," "mark," or "gesture." In spiritual and cultural contexts, especially in Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism, mudras are symbolic hand gestures or poses used in rituals, meditation, and dance to convey specific meanings or energies. The term is often associated with classical Indian dance, yoga, and iconography, where different mudras are believed to channel divine energy and influence consciousness. image

“We are bleeding at the roots, because we are cut off from the earth and sun and stars, and love is a grinning mockery, because, poor blossom, we plucked it from its stem on the Tree of Life and expected it to keep on blooming in our civilized vase on the table” ~D.H. Lawrence Most members of the herd have never tasted solitude, adventure, or otherworldliness. They are caught up in the rat race, trapped in their cultural conditioning, stuck in religious indoctrination, imprisoned in political brainwashing. They’ve lost sight of the underlying essence. They've sacrificed their wildness for mildness. And when their life requires a little bite, they discover that they have no teeth. Culture has become a tyrant. We’re overly domesticated, overly governed, and overly lawyered. Our hearts have become machines, there’s no feeling, no hunger, no soul. There’s only prescribed conditioning, unhealthy excess, and mealymouthed one-upmanship. It’s time to rebel. When culture itself is a tyrant, heroism must become an act of existential rebellion. The hero’s journey must become a quest to seek union with cosmos, to reunite Nature and the human soul, and to reawaken God within. The hero must face the dragon of cultural conditioning with the courage to recondition it. Gary Z McGee image
