🎉 **Nostr Renoter v1.0.0 is now available!** Introducing a fully functional onion-routing system for Nostr events. Renoter enables metadata privacy and anonymous routing through nested encryption, allowing events to travel through Renoter nodes without exposing sender or destination information to relay operators. **Key Features:** • Nested onion-routing encryption using NIP-44 • Proof-of-work protection (difficulty 16) against spam • Standardized message sizes (32KB) to prevent metadata leakage • Replay attack protection • Multi-relay support for redundancy • Ephemeral events (kinds 29000/29001) that don't clutter relay storage **How it works:** Clients wrap events with nested encryption layers (one per Renoter in the path). Each Renoter decrypts one layer and forwards to the next node or final destination. Only the next Renoter is visible at each hop, providing true onion-routing privacy. **Get started:** 📦 Binaries available for Linux, macOS, and Windows 🐳 Docker images ready for production deployment 📖 Full documentation:
