Quick Update today:
79 kg again.
Had a 60 min run and a 30 min push/core workout today.
Food:
Social day with Friends - so some cake, beer, kebap - I did not try to think too much about the calories. It was a fun day and it was worth it!
The good thing is - I got the first comments about me losing weight 💪😎.
So it shows now ☺️

They want to kill the 1-year tax rule for Bitcoin.
So here’s a thought:
What if nobody sells in 2027?
No sells = no BTC tax revenue.

I’ve been doing 90-minute runs in the same area for a while now.
So far, I only make it around the pond once.
Yesterday, I made it around twice in the same time 💪
