Stacking sats and dropping fat. Follow my journey: training, food and progress pics.
Yeah! What’s going on? 79 kg after my run today 😳 Woop woop! I guess most of it is just water weight because I haven’t been eating much salt. But whatever — I’ve got a 7 as the first digit again 💪🤓 And that’s actually pretty convenient, because today is also a special day when it comes to food. I’m going out for dinner with my girlfriend, and of course I don’t want to turn it into some kind of cheat-day binge — but I also don’t want to be overly picky. I just want to enjoy dinner in a normal, healthy way. So what’s my strategy for today? AI, of course 😁 I uploaded the menu to AI, and since it also knows what training I did today, I let it choose my starter and main dish. Starter: edamame. Main: an Asian bowl with rice noodles, salad, nuts, and tofu 🤓 And if I feel like having dessert, I won’t force myself not to get one. We’ll see ✌️ Until then, I’m not eating anything else today — coffee will carry me through 😎 What do you think about this approach? I often do this when I’m dieting and know I’ll be going out for dinner with friends: I just don’t eat earlier in the day, so I don’t have to be ultra strict at dinner. Thanks for sticking around — and keep stacking sats!
Yeah! 80kg already today 💪. I already had a 90 min morning run and the day is still yet to unfold - love it! Thanks for sticking around — and keep stacking sats.
So what did the scale say today? 81 kg! 4.5 weeks in, and I’ve “lost” 4 kg so far. (I know a lot of that is water weight in the beginning.) Not bad! I hope I can get down to 80 kg by Monday morning 🙃 That would be 5 kg in 5 weeks. I know I have to be careful — I don’t want to lose too much muscle (the little bit I hopefully have 😁) But I think it’s normal to lose more in the beginning than you do later on. Thanks for sticking around — and keep stacking sats!
