Hello hello 🤓 So, let’s do an update! I was quite sure I’d get down to 77 kg this week, but the weekend didn’t go that well. Food wasn’t great - there were a lot of social events, and I really wasn’t focused… so I just ate whatever came my way. I also didn’t work out on Saturday. I was having a bad day because of all the stress from work and also the stress in my free time… All in all, I was pretty exhausted. On Sunday, I did work out, but it was a slow session - not the one I had originally planned. Well, I guess that’s part of the game… The important thing is to stick with it! And that’s what I did today: 40-minute run and a 10-minute high-intensity workout! Today’s weight: still 78 kg. Well, at least I didn’t have a drawback! And here comes my photo from today! Still, I think there’s visible progress compared to my last photo - I feel like my belly looks less bloated. Thanks for sticking around - and keep stacking sats. Still at 79 kg 🙃 - I suspect I won‘t stay at the pace of -1kg/week. It was easier at the start but I guess my Body is now in Save-Mode and will fight more against losing weight 😁 The run today was better because it was a bit cloudy and not that hot. Training today was brutal. I only had time at lunchtime, and I had a 90-minute run on my schedule. So it turned into a 90-minute run in full sunshine at around 26°C 🥵 But I got it done 🙂 Thanks for staying around and keep stacking sats. And don’t forget: #DontTaxMyHodl #ZeroBTCSells2027
Quick Update today: 79 kg again. Had a 60 min run and a 30 min push/core workout today. Food: Social day with Friends - so some cake, beer, kebap - I did not try to think too much about the calories. It was a fun day and it was worth it! The good thing is - I got the first comments about me losing weight 💪😎. So it shows now ☺️ Thanks for staying around and keep stacking sats.
